According to Company management decision, we introduced Hay Gruop, the world's leading professional consulting company, to conduct a three-month special consultation and training for the senior executives of our company.

The project mainly involves two phases:

The first phase is “Leadership Awareness” – this phase focuses on how to improve the company's senior leadership and management capabilities; the second phase is “strategic decoding” – this phase focuses on how to develop and implement the company's annual strategy.

The training program helps 15 senior executives to objectively understand themselves through quantitative and systematic evaluation tools, promoted the transformation of thinking and the transformation of leaders' roles, and helped to understand the characteristics, strengths and deficiencies of each subordinate. It also helps the company to establish a strategic performance management system, meanwhile stimulating organization vitality and creating positive corporate culture.
